The Kilterrängen is the race for you if you're looking for a real challenge. In a fall-like Kil, the 16 or 6 km long trail races are decided with some tough final kilometers filled with hills, including the notorious slalom hill. The course is just as suitable for running at full speed as it is for jogging, walking with poles, or strolling.

Highlights

  • The first 2 km are easy runnable trail downhill, followed by the technical Öhmansmile.
  • After just over 6 km, you reach the highest point of the course, and after 10 km, the course once again consists of easily runnable trails with ascents.
  • The course is permanently marked with red and white markings and signs, making it easy to follow.
